I like to think of mudcat as an international shared interest community
of very diverse folks and opinions..
Amicable is preferable to antagonism..

I come here for education and stimulation,
challenging debate,
and an occasional good laugh with virtual mates.
Somewhere to pop in a few times a day for short breaks from all the stressful problems
of daily life...

Like so many others, I have invested many years of my life in this site,
and don't need any other social media..
Which I only visit when absolutely unavoidable..
.. and I want mudcat to continue long into the future..

A future I hope we all still have...
