I have Alan Bell's songbook "In My Homeland" - published May 1999 - and it's not in there. Did he do another songbook?
Can't find it on YouTube either, though there are lots of his songs there.
It was on an LP he brought out in 1982: title (I think) "The Band in the Park". (Poulton-le-Fylde recordings.)
