I gather that Canada's 'Penguin Eggs' is still going as a quarterly publication - next issue due on the 1st of September. I recall reading that it is subsidised, so is better able to weather storms like COVID.

And in the UK we still have 'Songlines', a world music magazine but with a fair bit of folky content.
