Don't know the name of this or even if it's got one, but I remember my Dad doing it on KFBK back in the thirties and somehow these two verses stuck with me:

Did ever you think as the hearse rolls by
That one of these days you are going to die?
They'll take you away in a big black hack,
Oh, they'll take you away and you won't come back, no you won't come back.

Oh, the men with the shovels will stand around
And they'll shovel you into the cold, cold ground.
They'll throw in the dirt and they'll throw in the rocks
And they won't give a damn if they break the box, they break the box.

Then there is at least two more verses. not very comforting ones, at that. Anybody recognize it?
