Last night on Lawrence O'Donnell, this guy predicted a Democratic win in both houses of Congress and the presidency. He thinks there will be about a 10 member gain on the House and at least a majority in the Senate. He says it is possible there will be a very large electoral college win for Biden. O'Donnell says Cook is the premiere election analyst in the country.
