I have to believe that no matter what the personal beliefs of Supreme Court justices, the Constitution and the Law are more important the making a selfish, crooked politician happy. There's no room for interpretation. The evidence is the evidence is the evidence, and the law is only flexible to a point. I think he'd have to show cause to believe something illegal happened, but I'm not a lawyer.
