hoarding is the not so nice word.

I have not found it necessary to hoard anything, but when there is a sale on perrier grapefruit water I buy three at a time!

Have only bought 4 rolls of TP since January, just because everyone else was doing it. Yeah, yeah, not that anyone's asking.
