The scandal de jour is about people bribing Donald for a pardon. The court documents were sealed since August to not influence the election, again. The NYT broke the story now that a redacted version of the court documents are now public.

White house legal counsel is frenetically working on a brand new pardon product that pre pardons, pardons bribery, protects against all possible past&future crimes and confers innocense instead of guilt.

So far the leading political invention is a new attorney client priviledge as well as changing the foundation of law of 'No man is above the law' to a new "No man is above the law
WITH ONE EXCEPTION".

The legal argument to support this is 'Trump is not a Man'.
It certainly is debatable. :^/
