The old synapses kicked in and I remembered that as a teen at school I used to get a can of fizzy orange and a bar of chocolate from the local shop for lunch. An early chocolate orange? (Sorry Steve!)

Years later, in college, my favourite combination was 4 pints of Tetley's bitter and 10 Silk Cut for lunch but that was just to get out of economics :-)
