How come you didn't know it was going to come with a rocket salad? Here in Cornwall we have things called "menus."

You would be surprised how often such things are not mentioned on menus. Many a time I have looked at a sandwich menu, selected the only thing on it without salad listed and guess what the sandwich includes?

(While salads are fine, I don't think they suit everything.)
