Well it is now Easter Sunday in the UK, so Happy Easter one and all, and enjoy your buns, crumpets, butter and eggs, and any great Easter egg hunts or rolling ceremonies.
I really love hot cross buns, and you can get them pretty well all year round now, which is very pleasing, but I do much prefer the traditional recipe ones. I don’t need cranberries, oranges, sunflower or sesame seeds, Marmite, cheese or any other alien additives in them! Just the usual mixed dried fruit and plenty of spice, thank you!
