Though I can't find anything about your album or group online, it does appear as if Tice and Lemley copyrited a song entitled "Bar-B-Que In Heaven" in 1971. Here's the entry from the the 1971 US Copyright Catalog (July-December), p. 1747

BAR-B-QUE IN HEAVEN; m Ted Lemley, lyrics: Mike Tice . 2 p. (C) People Pleaser Music & Hunn Music; 12Nov71; EP293O18

It should be noted that a blatant rip like this was possibly from Schoenfeld; as I mentioned back in 2015, even co-star John Valby felt he wasn't properly credited throughout the process of the album, and I seem to recall other allusions about improperly cited credits in the album, though I can't seem to relocate those claims.

Dennis , do you mind sharing anything about your band? Not because I don't believe you but because I'm curious. Where were y'all from? What kind of music did you play?
