Normally I'd agree, thought it depends on the poster - one way or the other. And the link target: in the case of a BBC programme link you know there will be a summary of the content, and a 'read more' or 'programme page' link with fuller information.

Anyway, there's an eclectic list of subjects for this this series of 15 minute programmes, including Margaret Thatcher (who was of course a chemist) and Joni Mitchell.
