An outside toilet here in Norfolk is called a 'thunderbox'. ("Bucket and chuckit") The chap who used to come round to empty the buckets thereof drove what was called the Honey Cart.
I'm still missing all our cats, especially SmokeyPokey. I find myself saying 'goodnight' to an empty space on the sofa. Don't they get into your heart eh?
