I hate to confess this, but I have always loved RAW lamb's liver and RAW kidneys!! Washed, cut into small pieces and enjoyed as a nice little snack.
As a child I even used to eat raw pork sausages and raw beef mince.
But just recently,my fierce and bossy (but very kind) sister, the retired doctor, had steam coming out of her ears when I told her this.
She said to stop it at once! Because I could ingest E Coli and become very ill.
So I have to do as I'm told. :(
