I loathe tripe, but the fried-in-breadcrumbs sounds very possible, must try it sometime.
At the moment I'm in jelly-making mode; have made apple jelly and quince cheese and am about to make quince jelly - any tips gratefully accepted, as I haven't made this jelly before.
