Tony Barrand,John Roberts and I were in the graduate psychology program at Cornell at the same time, eons ago. It was a close knit group, and we partied frequently. When John and Tony discovered each other and began to sing together they brought their songs to our parties and we all learned the lyrics and sang along. I treasure those memories and can still sing along with the cds. I send my deep condolences to Tony's family and to John Roberts, who has been his closest collaborator for what must be over 50 years. Please let us know about funeral plans. I would certainly attend, and in the meantime remember that "Time it is a precious thing, time brings all things to an end, time with all its treasures and all its precious joys..." I can hear their voices.
