In my last job in a state government department I received an email from the thought police telling me to watch my language because I had responded to a compliment for a job well done with the phrase, "Aw shucks!"

I replied and suggested that they check their Disney history on that phrase.

I actually think they knew it was a harmless phrase but they were letting me know they were watching me because I had been stirring up some trouble with a manager. (How unusual for me!! LOL)
