One of the places I play regularly is O'Friel's Irish Pub in Wilmington Delaware. It's the most "kid-friendly" place I play so whenever I'm booked for a weekend, one of the nights my kids will come by. My oldest helps me set up. She knows where all the cables go and setting up, although not a lot faster, is a lot more fun. My youngest likes the Unicorn Song and knows all of the motions to it so when the time comes (I only play it when requested or when my daughter is there!!), I get her up on stage to "help out". She loves it. One night after I joked about paying her for every person in the bar who joined in with her, she got aroung $15 in tips!!

The other family event is this. My Dad is in a nursing home and every Christmas we go to the home and sing. all my dad's brothers and sisters and his kids (my brothers and sisters) are there. It's one of the highlights of the season for me.

Other that that, I usually go solo..... :(
