I try to take a news holiday at least once a week, put on the classical music station instead of NPR, stay off of the news pushed forward on my phone apps. It does help.

I am once again making a list of organizations to support, like I did when Trump was first elected. Some of those groups are still on the list, and others like NARAL will be listed now. Small donations, but everything helps. I also think it's time to bite the bullet and sign up to be an election worker. Tough job, but people with sound judgement need to step up.
