Thread Name: Lyr Req:One Sunday morning while on my way to mass
Subject: RE: Lyr Req:One Sunday morning while on my way to mass
Now,as I read back, I do see several differences in versions of "One Sunday Morning"

I'm sure I heard the guy was back then sing "killed him for his brass". I took it to mean his money. I have no idea what "pass" means in this context.
Then "When an Orangeman dies his toes turn cold"
I got "When an Orangeman dies they throw him in the hole."

Not huge differences as folk songs go...people tend to hear what they know about.

It's still a chilling song.
