Seemingly lots of confusion as to which song this is. It is the Anniversary Song which was originally a Romanian waltz tune called Waves of the Danube, written in 1880 by Iosif Ivanovici to which Al Jolson and Saul Chaplin added lyrics in 1946, claiming the entire work as their own!
