Something about "never remember, never forgett..." the massacre at bowling green

It was a riff off of Kellyanne Conway's comment about the "great Bowling Green Massacre" that actually only happened between her ears.

Does anyone have a clue?
I know it's a bit dated. Like what Tom Paxton calls "short shelf-life songs." But if we don't remember, we will surely forget.
