Thanks Acorn. I feel a bit like a punchbag this morning, but my hands are a bit better. My next appointment is on Friday the 7th not Wednesday as i said above. I'll try the ice pack tonight. If the next appointment is effective I'll start posting some details for other sufferers, with the permission of Joe. I have also had some advice on posture while playing guitar.
