When & where did you learn the recitation "Crazy, I was crazy once" ?

in kinda a rap beat:

Crazy, I was crazy once.
They put me in a room with padded walls
I died there, they buried me six feet under
Then the bugs came. Bugs.
Bugs drive me crazy.
