This recitation, common now among Hash House Harriers, was probably inspired by the "Crazy? I was crazy once..." recitation.

This 2001 reference for "Head' is the earliest I've been able to trace the chant. The catch phrase "Head? Who said head" or "Head? I'll take some of that." appears to be older.
