Jesus didn't get involved in politics? You've got to be kidding, right? He was a rebel who defied the government of his time. As far as I am concerned that means he was involved.

Matt, sorry, I am glad to hear that you voted with good reasons. It just really bothers me when I hear/read statements liek you made baout staying out of the political threads etc. You may think things we are passionate about do not have any bearing on you life. You will find out differently. It's one of the reasons we talk about the seventh generation among Native American spirituality...what we do today will effect seven generations and more, so we must be thoughtful and involved.
