How very kind of you all! (My birthday is on Friday). I'll be 74 - gulp!
I had a doctor's appointment this morning, just a check-up, and was told I'm in good shape and don't look my age. Probably due to my giving up buttered crumpets and losing three stone in weight.
My husband bought me a rather funny birthday present for Friday - it's a new bra! Hee hee! He got the size right, and it's a very nice one. He does make me laugh.
