Thread Name: Lyr ADD: The Joy of Amity (Vox Hunters)
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: The Joy of Amity (Vox Hunters)
I have just spend some time transcribing this wonderful song from my very good friends The Vox Hunters...So here it is...possibly with mistakes...so check before you use if you have the track to listen too...

Tim Radford..

The Joy of Amity

Starts with Chorus..
And It’s off and away we’ll go
To weather the ice and snow
We’ll ride the stormy wind and rain
To see our dear old friends.

Thru the highways and overpasses
Through the wood its way worn paths
Is only still we will remain to seek our hearts content

Chorus

Though our bodies they be distant still
There’ll longing for companions still
Our weary days of dwindling life
A heartache to explore.

Chorus

And when the sting of absence then departs
We’ll welcome friends with open arms
And drink to our good company
And to memories we recall.

Chorus and musical theme

And though time is kind it does contend
That we must bid farewell to friends
And some day soon we will feel once more
The Joy of Amity…..

Chorus……as many as will plus musical theme..

The Vox Hunters are Armand Aromin and Benedict Gagliardi
