We spent a lovely week near Bamburgh last summer: there’s a Grace Darling Museum in Bamburgh. I’m ashamed to say we didn’t actually visit it - it was beach weather for the grandchildren, though we did go out on one of the boats from Seahouses as far as the Longstone lighthouse.
Next time definitely, and it will be interesting to see if there is any reference to, or even recordings of, these songs in the museum.
