Apologies, Stilly: I saw "phones" unqualified, and took a time to realise you didn't mean landline phones. (I'm getting to the point where I can't remember what I said to whom, and in what context.*) Perhaps we could start the habit of saying "landline phones", or even "real phones" .... :-) ?
