I have a copy which I got cheap at the Martin factory shop due to a printing or binding error--it had some pages missing, so they stuck in photocopies of the missing pages and sold it to me for five bucks. (in 1983).

By the way, my O-18 sounds and plays so great now with new Elixirs on it, I'm playing it as much as I am the Lowden.
