Well, it's been a Mudcat adventure:
thanks to PMs,
the person who wanted the sheet music contacted me
and provided me with an address
so I could send them the music.

So, this year finally, I located my copy (had misplaced it)
and shipped it off to that address --
clear to Tanzania it was.
It went by Global Priority Mail.

And wouldn't you know,
the darned thing came back this week.
I guess it was undeliverable or something.
