HE IS NOT A SEX OFFENDER IF A CASE IS NOT BROUGHT AGAINST HIM,THEY WILL NOT BRING A CASE AGAINST HIM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT THINK THERE IS SUFFICENT EVIDENCE ,THAT MEANS HS IS NOT GUILTY.
