I can't pull up Bill's article either, and I subscribe. It appears to date back to 2003. Not so bad as 1015, or even 2015, but still, not easily reached by the search engine.

My Canadian cousins (up and down Alberta and one in BC) always made it clear that they knew a lot more about the US than we knew about Canada. That taunt always stuck with me and I try to stay abreast of news, but it was easier when I lived in a Northern Tier state and it was actually talked about in the local news more. Now I need to reach out and look for it.
