The mic. picks up the output from the speaker, re-amplifies it and, beyond a certain point, it enters a continuous loop and will feed back. It’s simply a fact of life.

Try moving the mic. further from the speaker or angling it differently and see how that goes. It could be down to certain peak frequencies and you could try inserting some form of feedback destroyer into your signal chain.
