A lady tourist in Jerusalem came upon an old Jewish chap at the Wailing Wall and got chatting to him.

"So how long have you been coming here?" she asked.

"Sixty years. Never missed a single day. I pray here to God for world peace, an end to poverty, an end to lying by politicians, a harmonious coming-together of Israelis and Palestinians, for Ukraine..."

"Gosh, what humanity! What dedication! So how do you feel about your decades of prayer for world justice?"

"Hmm," he replied, "I might as well have been talking to a bloody brick wall..."
