Subject: RE: Nick Noble/Folk Revival WICN
Nick's a good friend and he's also on the board of the Portsmouth Maritime Folk Festival.

His regular Thursday night show, "The Folk Revival" on WICN (public radio "jazz plus folk for New England") out of Worcester, Massachusetts from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. can be listened to online (as I do, here in NH).

It's the AMERICAN folk revival, but Nick is exceptionally knowledgeable about a range of music. He often plays recordings by our local Portsmouth traditional singers and groups and my late husband Tom Hall, whose nom de Mudcat was Curmudgeon.

He's introduced me to a lot of New England musicians and singer-songwriters.

You can go to the WICN website to connect to streaming to listen online. I'll post the URL I use when I go upstairs to my iPad.
