Pollan is next on my to-read stack. I just started on “Good Calories, Bad Calories”. Having already worked my way through “The Case for Keto” and “Rethinking Diabetes”, I don't expect to learn much that’s new, but I feel obligated to read it for myself before passing it on to anyone else — notably Great-Niece No. 1, who lives with the kind of corpulence apparently common among women with polycystic ovary syndrome.
