Terra and its moon Luna are the resorts of the 4th quadrant of the galaxy. They are not without organic danger by Homo Sapiens who are dangerous as well as natural atmospheric hazards by lightening. The under sea bases are still quite secure. A vacation to Terra is rated 4 stars and is a vacation of a lifetime. Ammonia breathers will require respiration apparatus. We recommend Catalina and Costa Rica as a must see. The Overlord State Department places a level 3 risk to all other historic sites on Terra because they are without immediate support. Viral quarantine is in effect so employ all safeguards. Terra is level one so beware of breakdowns, parts are not locally available.
