"The Blind Harper" trad by Nic Jones. Kate Rusby did a nice version as well.

"Plains of Kildare" trad by Planxty.

"Tennesee Stud" written by Jimmy Driftwood covered by a lot of people with Doc Watson's version probably being the most noteworthy.
