Trump has had his attorneys request the Supreme Court not take up a case as scheduled in a couple of weeks, he wants to take a shot at it once he's in office (the TikTok case that has been going for a while and in fact was started in his administration). Meanwhile, the House is about to bash the current speaker and if they can't choose one then the house can't certify the election. That would be a tragedy [not].

In 2023 Congress authorised the sale of surplus stuff not used in the Trump border wall, but now the Texas AG (the corrupt Ken Paxton who was himself impeached a while back but survived it) is trying to stop that stuff from being removed. I guess he sees a wall in the future. Damn.
