Just came across this whilst searching for Ian's name as I am mentioning him as the first person I heard Oggie Man from.
So sorry to hear of his passing in 2019. His quiet, hands off yet (when required) authoritative presence at the Colpitts Hotel was a model for how to make social singing work.
I regret having lost my cassette copy of the Ryder-McCulloch-Ryder album some years ago. I don't suppose anyone would care to upload it youtube?
