Inter-Ocean (Chicago), Sept. 18, 1874, prints a stana from a recent innocuous song whose choruses are "Hi! randy dandy O!" and "With my galloping randy dandy O!"

The writer adds, however, that "So far as the chorus goes, the 'Hi! randy dandy O!,' all that we know about it is that it is regarded in England as one of the lowest known to the drunken orgy."

Conceivably this refers to the Brandon/Fowke song given upthread.
