As we all cringe and remark on #47, remember that he and his cronies have committed themselves to becoming a multi-decade Reich.
*IF* they lose Congress in 2026, and/or the presidency in 2028, many of them will be liable for criminal prosecution. Therefore, one of their necessary goals must be to NOT have elections..or to have elections so tied up that they can't lose.
   Smarter people than me are thinking about how to avoid sliding into a dictatorship, and I certainly hope they have some good ideas.
   At my age, I'm not sure I'll see what happens by 2028, but I hate leaving my son and younger friends this situation.
   My current semi-concern is Musk now trying to take over Social Security-- my only income. I have some savings and a place to live... but...
