Well, the closing just happened this morning.
I paid the entrance fee in its entirety,
and got the keys to the apartment.

It will be a while before my things, including a bed to sleep in,
are moved in, so I won't be spending nights there.
But I'll be in and out, loading things out of the car trunk
and occasionally having meals there.

Before the big moves happen,
my chorus has to have its annual concert with
a whole week of rehearsals leading up to it,
so I plan on getting through that event first.
We even rehearse the evening of Memorial Day.
