keberoxu, you must get yourself one of those little battery-operated compressors to keep in the trunk. I have given them to the kids for their cars and keep one in mine. Meanwhile, see if there are any places like 7-Eleven, they often have a tire pressure station (a quarter is usually enough to inflate the problem tire). Good luck with that!
