Thanks for that info, Ray. I feel I've made a faux-pas in the book acknowledgments re Jim. As we hadn't heard from him for at least a decade, I assumed not unreasonably that he was no longer with us. He was in his late 80s even then and must be just about tonning up by now. Wow!
