When I need the truth of something I always come to Mudcat to get the straight story. In this case While I am not completely sure of what it means I am no further in the dark.
I found the words my mother sang in her IOCA song book from 1934. The problem with this song I have now is I have to learn two versions. Besides knowing most of The Wolloping Window Blind I have to learn The Government Ship as well.
