The only arrest by the occupying force in DC is a resident throwing a wrapped submarine sandwich at an FBI agent. The sub owner was charged with assault. I don't think the sandwich penetrated the bulletproof vest.

When offering a sub to law enforcement, one should extend the sandwich on bended knee.
